Opening Remarks
Igor Jurić
Igor Jurić is the founder of the Tijana Jurić Foundation and the Center for Missing and Abused Children. He coordinates the activities of the Center, manages resources, motivates, and leads the team. He is the inspirer and initiator of most of the Center’s actions, including significant changes to the Police Law, amendments to the Criminal Code, and the introduction of the „Find Me“ system in Serbia.
Christopher R. Hill
Christopher Robert Hill is an American diplomat and the current US Ambassador to Serbia. He was previously an ambassador to North Macedonia, Poland, and South Korea. During 1998–1999, he served as a special envoy for Kosovo and was the closest assistant to Richard Holbrooke during the Dayton negotiations. Hill has served in the State Department since 1977.
Ivica Dačić
Minister of Interior of the Republic of Serbia Ivica Dačić graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade. He has been a member of parliament since 1992 and a minister in various capacities since 2000. He is currently the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. He has received numerous awards, including the Order of Friendship of the Russian Federation and the Order of the Republic of Srpska.
PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF CHILD SEXUAL EXPLOITATION
Dušan Vuković
Dušan Vuković is a clinical psychologist and court expert, serving as the head of the Department of Child and Developmental Psychology at the Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth of Vojvodina. He has published numerous scientific papers and is a member of working bodies for mental health improvement and the Health Psychology Section of the Serbian Psychological Society.
Miroslav Jovanović
Miroslav Jovanović is a master social worker and head of the Service for Coordination of Victim Protection of Human Trafficking at the Center for Protection of Victims of Human Trafficking. He has extensive experience working directly with victims of human trafficking and is the founder of the only shelter for victims of human trafficking in Serbia. He is currently undergoing training in systemic family psychotherapy.
Christina Shultz
Christina Shultz is a licensed clinical social worker with experience working with children and families. She is currently a supervisor and forensic interviewer at the Palomar Health Center. She is certified in child abuse prevention training and oversees child abuse programs. She is active in professional organizations and has received several awards for her dedication and work in child abuse prevention.
Jing-Lan Lee
Jing-Lan Lee has been a prosecutor at the Santa Clara County District Attorney’s Office in California since 2013. She worked in the Sexual Assault Unit from 2020 to 2024, handling cases with minor victims. She participated in around 70 forensic interviews and many court proceedings involving child victims.

Slobodan Negić
Slobodan Negić is an educator on safe internet use, a harmful content analyst within the Net Patrol program, and a project coordinator for Web Detectives at the Center for Missing and Abused Children.
David Wright
David Wright is the Executive Director of SWGfL and the UK Safer Internet Center, with over 20 years of experience in online safety. He advises governments and organizations on security strategies, is a member of the World Economic Forum, and has been awarded the CBE for improving the safety of children and youth.
Jan Machowski
Jan Machowski is the head of Search Quality and Safety at Google in Zurich. With over 20 years of experience in technology and safety, he is a leader in AI application and user protection.
PREVENTION AND SUPPRESSION OF BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS IN CHILDREN
Jelena Zorić
Jelena Zorić is a graduate psychologist and certified family psychotherapist with extensive experience working with children, youth, and families, especially in the social protection system. She is currently the director of the Center for Social Work in Novi Sad.
Aleksandar Markov
Aleksandar Markov is a history teacher at the Eighth Belgrade Gymnasium and president of the Forum of Belgrade Gymnasiums. As an active participant in educational debates, he regularly takes part in panels, TV shows, and organizes round tables dedicated to education.
Slobodan Arsenijević
Slobodan Arsenijević is a member of the Council of the Center for Missing and Abused Children, former warden of the Valjevo Penitentiary, and a systemic family psychotherapist with extensive experience in the prevention and resocialization of individuals with behavioral disorders.
Olivera Zečević
Lieutenant Colonel of Police Olivera Zečević is a police officer with 30 years of experience in both criminal investigation and strategic planning. She currently serves as the Head of the Juvenile Delinquency Department at the Criminal Police Directorate of the Ministry of the Interior, and previously worked at the Belgrade Police Department. She graduated from the College of Internal Affairs and the Faculty of Security Studies in Belgrade.
MODERATORS
Timea Kukla
Timea Kukla shapes the visual identity of the Center for Missing and Abused Children by creating digital content – posts, photos, texts, and videos. She is responsible for digital marketing and promoting the Center’s activities. Additionally, she is the host of the podcast „Safe Story,“ which addresses important topics focused on the safe and healthy upbringing of children.
Jovana Škorić
Jovana Škorić holds a PhD in political science – social policy and social work. She is currently an assistant professor and head of the Department of Social Work at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Novi Sad. She completed training in integrative psychodynamic psychotherapy. At the Center for Missing and Abused Children, she leads scientific research activities. Her main areas of interest are community social work, juvenile delinquency, human rights, and post-penal support.
Marijana Tabaković
Marijana Tabaković is currently the editor-in-chief of the daily program on Una Television and the editor and host of the show „Noon.“ She is a graduate journalist who began her journalistic career at Deutsche Welle radio in Bonn, continued to advance on radio, and soon moved to Studio B television. She was the editor and host of the morning program on Prva Television.
COLLABORATORS
Vladimir Grbić
Vladimir Grbić is an actor with extensive experience in theater, film, and marketing. He has also served as a host of the Palić Film Festival, a mentor for theater workshops at the Danilo Kiš Foundation, and directed plays for the Raičević Ballet School and educational films for the Center for Missing and Abused Children.
Ksenija Mitrović
Ksenija Mitrović completed her undergraduate and master’s studies at the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. She is currently a member of the Youth Theater, performing in plays such as „Three Winters,“ „Sex for Beginners,“ „Ksenija and the Hunter,“ „Rabies,“ and others. Since 2022, she has also been working as a drama pedagogue at the „Academy of Entertainment and Arts O&M“ in Novi Sad.
Ana Rudakijević
Ana Rudakijević graduated in acting in 2018 in Novi Sad and is currently employed at the National Theater in Sombor. She has attended various acting workshops as well as psychodrama and psychotherapy workshops to gain knowledge for working with children.
Marko Vujević
Marko Vujević graduated in acting in 2022 in the class of prof. Elene Trepetove Kostić, as a student of the generation at the Academy of Arts in Banja Luka. He was an associate of the National Theater of the RS and played in a musical in Sarajevo in 2019. He is currently a member of the Subotica Children’s Theater.
Neverne Bebe
The band has been around since 1993, and the current lineup performs with Jelena Pudar (vocals), Tijana Sretković (vocals), Vladan Đurđević Vlajko (bass), Saša Ranđelović Ranđa (guitar), and Miloš Ratković (drums). The founder, creative leader, and frontman of the group is Milan Đurđević (piano, hammond, keyboards, songwriter, composer, arranger, and producer). Other band members include Andreja Stojić (guitars, bass), Nemanja Savić (vocals, acoustic guitar, and percussion), and Jovana Jeftić (violin and vocals).
